Draw Attention to A Screen Area During Presentation

Use the Additional Tools of Presentation Assistant to focus the audience’s attention on a particular point.

Presentation Assistant provides various tools that can help the lecturer convey skills and knowledge to trainees with improved clarity. When you are doing a presentation, the electronic pointer can help the audience see the pointed content more clearly; adding various indication marks on the screen can highlight key points, using spotlight and curtain can attract the audience to focus on the current key area; with a magnifier, the demonstration of all operations can be clearer.

The following table describes each of the additional Tools along with their description and use.

Button	Tool Name	Description & Use
	Spotlight	Use Spotlight to attract the audience to focus on the current key area.
	Curtain	Use Curtain to attract the audience to focus on the current key area.
	Mouse tracking magnification	Mouse tracking magnification
	Full-Screen Zoom	Zooms the desktop to 200%, After enabling the zoom mode, you can zoom in and out using the mouse wheel by holding down Ctrl. Exit with Escape.
	Blank Screen	Hide output on projection screen, show again with Escape or double-click.
	On-screen Keyboard	Displays a keyboard that is controlled by a mouse or switch input device.
	Clock	Displays a digital clock on the screen.
	Screen Capture	Full and partial screen capture
	Arrow Point	Displays an arrow point on the screen
